| Accelerated Reader: Our Accelerated Reader program is a computerised program that tests reading comprehension. Students select books on their reading level, read independently, and take an independent comprehension quiz on the computer. The program tracks their progress over the course of the school year. All Year 7 and Year 8 students must have a book from the LRC with them at all times for their Acceleration Reading Programme. Click here to learn more. | |
| ePlatform:
We have over 1200 electronic books and over 600 audiobooks on our ePlatform resource. These items are free and available to all staff and students, age permitting. Over 80% of the electronic books are linked to our Accelerated Reader programme, allowing our year 7 and 8 students to download electronic books and complete their book quizzes for their reading programme. |
