A-Level and BTEC Results Day 2024

Oaks Park High School is proud to announce another year of outstanding success in both A-Levels and BTEC qualifications. The results achieved by our students have opened doors to university placements, apprenticeships, and various employment opportunities, marking a significant milestone in their academic journeys..

The vast majority of Oaks Park High School's students have secured places at their first choice universities. This accomplishment reflects the school's commitment to helping students achieve their higher education aspirations. Additionally, the school has maintained its strong track record of placing a substantial number of students in Russell Group universities, showcasing the institution's dedication to fostering academic excellence and preparing students for success in highly competitive environments.

Despite the challenges and disruptions that have marked their school careers, including the return to pre-pandemic norms for A-Level qualifications and grading, our students have excelled. The joy and satisfaction they experienced today, as they received their results, reflected their hard work and determination, paving the way for them to pursue their desired academic and career paths.

I am grateful to all of  the dedicated staff at Oaks Park, whose support and inspiration over years have upheld the high standards and expectations that our school community strives to achieve on a daily basis’.

Throughout the year students have continued to be provided with our nationally recognised Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance. This has enabled them to secure high calibre apprenticeships and alternative degree pathways.

Yvonne Essibrah-Rockson, Pastoral Leader for Year 13 commented: “The students have put in a great deal of effort to complete their UCAS applications and to undertake a wide range of extra curricular activities that have provided the foundations for their next steps. It is a real privilege to work with so many ambitious young people and now see them progress to their desired destinations. I look forward to hearing about their future success.”
