A Level and BTEC Results Day- Thursday 17th August 2023
A Level Results
Results day for A Level and BTEC qualifications will take place on Thursday 17th August 2023 in the school’s Sports Hall.
In order for the day to run as smoothly as possible, we ask students to ensure that they follow the steps below:
- Students will be provided with a set time to arrive at school on Thursday 17th August 2023 (either 8.15am, 8.30am,8.45am,9.00am).
- Please arrive at the allocated time and not before or after. This is to prevent a large number of students arriving all at once.
- Students' arrival times will be sent to parents on Wednesday 16th August 2023, so please check your messages on this day.
- Please enter the school using the gate on Oaks Lane only.
- As students enter the school, they should use the outside path walking straight to the Sports Hall.
- When students arrive at the Sports Hall, they should follow the signs to enter.
- A one way system will operate in the Sports Hall, students should ensure they follow this.
- Once students have collected their results, they should follow the signs to go to the Basketball Court and exit via the nearest school car park gates.
- Only Year 13 students collecting examination results are permitted on site.
Please Note
If a student is unable to come to collect their results in person, a family member can pick them up on their behalf, but they MUST have signed written permission from the student in order to receive the results and a form of photo ID. Please report to a member of staff at the front gate who will support you with this. Results not collected on Thursday 17th August 2023 will be posted to the address we have on file. We are unable to email results.
Post-18 Support
We appreciate that this is a critical time for many Year 13 students who have not yet decided on their next steps. To help support students with this key transition we have put the following resource together to aid with information about different post-18 qualifications and local institutions. This can be found here. A careers advisor will also be available for support on results day.
GCSE Results Day - Thursday 24th August 2023
Results day for GCSE qualifications will take place on Thursday 24th August 2023 in the school’s Sports Hall.
Results will be issued from 9am.
Sixth Form enrolment will take place in the same location.
