Let Us Be One
I am looking forward to my third year as Omega House Co-ordinator. I want to continue to make a positive impact and enthusing pupils into participating in extra-curricular events.
As House Coordinator my aim is to build strong working relationships to help, support and encourage all members of the Omega family to achieve their true potential. My personal aim is to encourage and motivate more individuals to participate in house events throughout the year. I want Omega House to show a more competitive nature in order to maintain or improve upon last year’s excellent league position.
The Omega House ethos is ‘Let Us Be One.’ Our motto focuses on encouraging individuals to work together and support each other in every way we can. There are many people that make up the Omega family, including pupils, form tutors, staff and myself.
Throughout the year a wide variety of events are provided, giving staff and students the opportunity to combine their skills and knowledge in order to succeed. These events are great fun and allow students to become active and confident members of Omega House.
In memory of Mr Foster we are supporting two worthy charities MacMillin Cancer Support and Saint Francis Hospice. Money raised throughout the year during different events will be donated to these charities.
I hope that throughout the year everyone contributes to Omega House, so that we can be an effective team within a school community. I believe that if we work together we can succeed as one House and be the best!
